Filming once again at the park!

 Today was my second day of filming for my music video media project. I have to say, we did have a lot of catching up to do since we only filmed three scenes on our first day. So, nevertheless we started filming at the park. Me, and my partner were actors in the scene we focused on most today. So, I
helped with acting in tracking shot by playing basketball with my partner. In this scene, I made sure to act focused, but also maintaining a smile and a happy attitude. This was my favorite scene to film today because it was physical and it matched very well with the song lyrics too. Next, I needed to film the seven eleven scene, this scene took the longest. I had to walk from the park to the location. While walking, we were able to get some shots in, and I was also an actor in this scene. So, I interacted with my partner and acted like i was enjoying my day. When I got to the 7-11 gas station, I needed to film one more scene of me and my partner drinking their iconic Slurpee's. So, I bought them and I finished acting out the scene. This was also a very fun scene to make because it also matched up with the lyrics in the song.  Finally the last scene was the wrap up which I filmed at my house. I simply laid down in my bed and turned the light off. This was a great wrap up and probably the easiest scene to film. So, this was my final day of filming for my music video project!!

storyboard and scenes for the music video.

  Scene 1: In this scene, me and my group will film an actor, lying in bed as an alarm clock goes off, this is then when the song will start. this will be an extreme close up shot. Scene 2: After scene one, the next scene will take place in the kitchen of a group mates house, here breakfast will be served and it will start the day. breakfast will include items such ass eggs, bacon, and juice. this will be a eye level shot. that will pan into an extreme close up of the food. Scene 3: In scene 3, my group will film two actors walking around frost park talking, and simply catching up about their day, we will be sure to include happy facial expressions to show the meaning of the song. this will be a wide shot Scene 4: For scene 4, the basketball will be introduced, at the gateway of the basketball court at the park, where an actor will be questioning, "who will we playing basketball with today". this will also be a wide shot. Genre research : (comedy)

       The first genre that our group chose is comedy. Here are the common camera angles, mis-en-scene, sounds, editing. As well as some example films. Common Angles: There are many different angles that are widely used in the comedy genre. To start, commonly extreme close ups as well as close up shots are used. These shots are usually shown to help the audience understand or grasp on the humor portrayed by facial expressions, and reactions from the subjects on the film. Furthermore, other angles are widely seen in comedy, like wide shots. Wide shots are used mainly to fit a large gathering into one shot, and by doing this it opens the door to group comedy, and other characters to fit into the scene or story play. Finally, the last common camera angle that we see a lot in this genre is eyeline shots. An eyeline shot in comedy is the subjects way to often tell the audience directly, the joke or line being said.
